Christ Lutheran Preschool
Enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year is still in progress. All classes begin on Tuesday, September 7th. Our morning classes are full, but spots are available in both afternoon classes.
We have opened an afternoon 3's Preschool class with only 6 spots still available. There are just 3 spots remaining in the afternoon Pre-kindergarten 4's class. Click here for Preschool Enrollment Application.
Tours of the preschool can be arranged by calling our Preschool Administrator, Mrs. Joan Hammerson at the preschool office (208-888-3370). Preschool Office hours Monday-Thursday 9:00 am through 2:00 pm.
Age requirements:

2-day classes must be 3 years old by Sept. 1 and potty trained.

3-day classes for 4 years old by Sept. 1 and potty trained.
Class hours and tuition are as follows:
Non-Refundable Registration fee: Fall 2010 registration fee $75.00 Birth certicate, current up-to-date immunization records and registration fee are required at the time of enrollment.
- 4-5 year olds: 3 days a.m. or p.m. on Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thursdays. Tuition for 4/5 yr. old classes is: $125.00 per month.
Morning sessions: 9:00–11:30a.m. Afternoon sessions: 12:30–3:00p.m.
- 3 year olds: 2 days a.m. or p.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Tuition for 3 yr. old class is $100.00 per month.
The curriculum is Christ-centered and kindergarten readiness is emphasized. There is a maximum class size of 12 children per class for each Pre-Kindergarten 4's classes and 10 children per class for each Preschool 3's classes. Class availability is on a “first come-first served” basis.
Our Preschool's Philosophy
Christ Lutheran Church's Preschool is a ministry outreach of our church to young children in Meridian, both members and non-members, and their families. This ministry is a part of the larger mission of our church.
We believe each child is a unique and special gift from God and learns best about God's world through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate activities provided as avenues for learning. Our preschool will strive to provide a warm and loving, Christ-centered environment where children can develop to their fullest potential physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and spiritually.
Our Preschool is a joint ministry that involves our congregation, the community, the staff, the family, and the child working together to serve the best interest of the child.
